Regular dental upkeep is important for children, and we recommend bringing your child into the dental surgery from age 3+. Teaching children about dental care and regularly visiting a dentist is important to establish healthy habits from a young age. At Dudley Lai Dental Surgery we take measures to make our environment friendly and inviting for children, so to establish a good relationship between patient and dentist and allow children to feel safe and comfortable in the surgery.

 

Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS)

The Australian Government’s Department of Human Services have established the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, allowing eligible children and teenagers to receive up to $1052 in benefits for dental services over two consecutive calendar years. We process these claims at Dudley Lai Dental Surgery and encourage those eligible to use these services.
